Every call we handle becomes a structured request — refill, question, clinical route — that lands in your Elevaze Console, the dedicated platform every customer gets. Your team picks up the request from the Console and processes it in your PMS the way they always have. Cleaner separation. Faster setup. Your patient records stay in your control.
